E-commerce problems, concrete answers

What a generic host leaves you to deal with, and what we do about it on every plan.

With a generic hostProduct pages take seconds to load, and visitors leave before they see the catalogue.
With Ex2LiteSpeed cache, Redis and a CDN keep every page fast, cart and checkout included.
With a generic hostA promotion brings a traffic spike, and the shop goes down with it.
With Ex2vCPU and memory reserved for your plan, and resource scaling on WooEdge, absorb the peaks.
With a generic hostSupport follows a script and has never opened WooCommerce.
With Ex2Technicians who work on WooCommerce shops every day, 24/7, in English and French.
With a generic hostA bad update, and nobody knows when the last backup ran.
With Ex2Seven daily backups plus one monthly, restored in one click from the control panel.
With a generic hostYour customers' data sits behind a shared firewall nobody tunes.
With Ex2A firewall tuned for WordPress and WooCommerce, a 24/7 malware scan, anti-DDoS and free SSL.
With a generic hostEvery theme or extension change is tested on the live shop.
With Ex2A staging copy to try it first, then publish when it works.

What we do for your shop

The tuning happens on the server. You keep your products, your customers and your margins.

A cache that knows WooCommerceLiteSpeed caches your catalogue and leaves the cart, checkout and account pages dynamic. Redis keeps the database fast behind it.
A CDN in front of the shopImages, scripts and styles are served from the edge, close to each customer. Free SSL on the whole store.
Payments ready to connectStripe, PayPal and the wallets your customers expect. Advanced payment providers on the larger plans.
Seven backups, plus oneA full backup every night, kept for 7 days, plus one monthly. Restore files, the database or both from the control panel.
A copy to test onTry an extension, a theme or a WooCommerce update on a staging copy, then publish. Git for your developers.
Up to date and protectedWordPress and WooCommerce updates are applied for you. A web application firewall and a 24/7 malware scan watch the rest.
Speed and sales

A faster shop sells more. It has been measured.

The classic figure comes from Aberdeen Group: one extra second of load time costs 7 % of conversions. Larger and more recent studies point the same way, with even less margin. That is why every plan ships with the cache rules, Redis, the CDN and database tuning already in place.

Your questions, our answers

What is the difference between the three plans?

Catalogue size, monthly traffic, storage, the level of security and the level of support. WooBoost suits a first shop, WooMax a shop that sells every day, WooEdge a high-volume store with peaks. Cache, CDN, backups and migration are the same on all three.

Is migrating my shop really free?

Yes. We move WordPress, WooCommerce, the database with your orders and customers, and your mailboxes from your current host, and the switch happens when you say so, with no downtime. Send a migration request to get started.

Does speed really change sales?

Yes, and it has been measured. Deloitte Digital found that shaving 0.1 s off every page of the journey raised retail conversions by 8.4 % and average order value by 9.2 % (Milliseconds Make Millions, 2020), and Akamai measured a 7 % drop in conversions for every 100 ms of extra load time (2017). The cache rules, Redis and the CDN on every plan exist for this reason.

How do backups and restores work?

A full backup runs every night; we keep the last 7, plus one monthly. From the control panel you pick a date and restore the files, the database or both, in one click.

Does support really know WooCommerce?

Yes. The team works on WooCommerce shops every day, from the first configuration to cache rules, payment gateways and performance tuning, 24/7 in English or French.

Will my theme and extensions work?

The hosting runs standard WordPress and WooCommerce, so popular themes and extensions work as they do elsewhere. Extensions that bypass the cache can be tuned with the cache rules; try them on the staging copy first if in doubt.

Where are the servers?

In France, Canada or the United States, your choice when you order. The CDN then serves your images, scripts and styles from the edge, close to each customer.

Do you offer a dedicated IP address?

Yes, as an option on every plan; the price is in the technical table above. It helps email deliverability and lets some payment and firewall services allow-list your shop.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time; we handle the move and your shop stays online.

How is the shop protected?

A web application firewall (WAF) blocks known attacks, a scan watches your files 24/7, WordPress and WooCommerce are kept up to date, and the whole store runs over HTTPS. WooMax adds hardening, WooEdge adds anti-DDoS and advanced anti-malware.

Do you help with Core Web Vitals?

Yes. We help you tune the cache, images and database so your product pages pass the thresholds for LCP and TTFB.

Is there a commitment?

No. With monthly billing you can stop at any time. Yearly billing is cheaper for the first year and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domain names). Details are in our terms and conditions.

A question about your shop?
