How is WordPress hosting different from regular hosting?
It is hosting set up for WordPress: WordPress is installed for you, updates itself, and LiteSpeed caching with a dedicated Redis is already configured. You also get a staging copy, a site manager and support that knows WordPress.
Which plan should I choose?
Editor is enough for one or two brochure sites or a blog. Professional adds 10 sites, unlimited databases, Astra Pro and the WooCommerce tools: the right fit for a shop or a freelancer running several sites. Agency goes up to 50 sites with Elementor Pro, for agencies. You can move to a bigger plan at any time.
Does the price go up at renewal?
Yes, with yearly billing: the first year is discounted, then the plan renews at the price shown under each rate. With monthly billing, you pay the monthly price shown.
How do backups work?
A full backup runs automatically every night. We keep the last 7, plus one monthly backup. You find them in cPanel, under JetBackup, and can restore a file, a database or the whole site. Our restore guide walks you through each step.
Is migrating my WordPress site really free?
Yes, for your sites and your mailboxes. If you have a lot of sites or addresses to move, send a request and we will plan the transfer with you.
Can I try before I pay?
The AI site builder can be tried for free, with no payment: you build your site and only publish it if you like it. The hosting itself has no free trial, but it comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding monthly plans and domain names). Details are in our terms and conditions.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes, on all three plans. Professional and Agency add an AI store builder and WooCommerce acceleration. For a shop with a lot of orders, also have a look at our WooCommerce plans.
Can I install my own themes and plugins?
Yes, any you like: no plugin is banned, as long as you follow our terms and conditions. Try them on the staging copy first if in doubt.
Can I host several sites?
Yes: 2 sites with Editor, 10 with Professional and 50 with Agency. WordPress multisite is available too.
How fast are your WordPress plans?
They get 3 to 5 times the resources (CPU, memory) of our Power green hosting plan, on processors clocked at up to 5.4 GHz. Every account has its own Redis cache on top of LiteSpeed caching. Details are in our knowledge base.
What if my site gets hacked?
Contact our support: we can put a clean backup back in place. Then change all your passwords (WordPress, FTP, cPanel), update WordPress, your themes and plugins, and run an Imunify360 scan from cPanel.
Are mailboxes included?
Yes, as many as you need: 2 GB each with Editor, 10 GB with Professional and 15 GB with Agency.
Is an SSL certificate included?
Yes. A free SSL certificate is installed automatically on each of your domains, then renewed on its own.
