What is Divi?
Divi is a WordPress theme and a visual builder in one. The Divi Builder lets you design pages by dragging modules onto the page and editing them where they sit, with no code. It comes with hundreds of ready-made layouts and adapts to every screen size. It suits beginners and professionals alike.
Is Divi really included?
Yes. The Divi theme, the Divi Builder and Divi AI are installed and activated on every site of your plan, and we keep them up to date. There is no licence to buy.
What does Divi AI do?
It writes text and generates images directly in the builder, from a short brief, and suggests layouts. You edit the result like anything else on the page. It is included on all three plans.
Which plan should I choose?
Divi Editor is enough for one or two sites. Divi Professional adds 10 sites, unlimited databases, the AI store builder and priority support. Divi Agency goes to 50 sites, unlimited storage and Elementor Pro, for agencies that build for clients. You can move up at any time.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Everything is installed when you log in, and the builder works on the page itself. You can try WordPress + Divi for free before ordering.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes, on all three plans: Divi has its own WooCommerce modules for product pages, the cart and the checkout. Professional and Agency add an AI store builder and WooCommerce acceleration. For a shop with a lot of orders, also look at our WooCommerce hosting.
Can I use other themes, plugins or page builders?
Yes. Divi works with most WordPress plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, forms, security) and alongside other builders such as Elementor. For the best result, use the Divi Builder with the Divi theme. Try a new plugin on the staging copy first if in doubt.
Is Divi good for SEO and for several languages?
Yes. Divi produces clean heading structures and works with the main SEO plugins. For a multilingual site, WPML and Polylang are supported.
Can I move my existing Divi site?
Yes, for free, like any WordPress site: files, database, layouts and mailboxes. Send a migration request and we handle the rest.
How do backups work?
A full backup runs automatically every night. We keep the last 7, plus one monthly backup. You find them in cPanel, under JetBackup, and can restore files, the database or the whole site in one click. How to restore my website?

Yes, through WP Toolkit, on every plan. You copy the site, test a new layout, a plugin or a Divi update on the copy, then push it live when it works.
How fast are the Divi plans?
They get 3 to 5 times the resources (CPU, memory) of our Power green hosting plan, on processors clocked at up to 5.4 GHz. Every account has LiteSpeed caching and a dedicated Redis, configured for Divi.
Does the price go up at renewal?
Yes, with yearly billing: the first year is discounted, then the plan renews at the price shown under each rate. With monthly billing, you pay the same price every month and can stop whenever you like.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Yearly plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domain names). Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Details are in our terms and conditions.
